Just Saying

Perhaps my creative brain neurons are coming into play now but whenever someone says "Good luck for your exam/project.", I feel that there's an innuendo meaning to those words. Are you doubting my capabilities so much so that you feel I need Lady luck to aid me in excelling in academic? Or perhaps you are merely wishing me luck that the essay/exam questions are going to be relatively easy. Suppose that's the case, still, are you hinting that my capabilities are so limited I can only perform well when dealing with easy questions?

Ok well, I shall not go in depth any further else my pessimism is going to pollute my mind. Not like it's any less polluted. BYE!

Oh ya, just say "All the best!" will do, I need no luck, if I do, I can head down to any temple and pray for a lucky charm, I bet it would work 10 times better than your encouraging words.
