Cancelled plan to Ah Loy Thai because its closing time was at 7PM, which is way too early for a weekend. A trip to Star Vista instead, to try out the japanese curry rice at Coco Ichibanya. I got to know of this eating place through my gf, Janice. The only thing that attracted me was the choice of level of spiciness for the curry. I chickened out at the thought of choosing level 3 as it was 12X more chilli/spices so Redbull & I chose level 2 instead. AND, I really regretted not trusting my tolerance for spiciness Level 2? I couldn't taste any spiciness at all! even Redbull couldn't, so you can imagine. I really enjoy spicy food and I think I could have done way better than settling for level 2. But well, the curry rice we had was nice. Maybe I'll head back just to challenge level 3 or perhaps 4, if I was insane enough to use that 1 second of courage.

We caught a late night movie of The Grandmaster which Redbull told the lady behind the ticket counter that he wanted tickets for The Gongfu Master! Never fails to fill my weekend with laughter.
