Numerous tempting photos and fabulous reviews seen and read about this butter pork ribs located @ Commonwealth, Redbull & I have had enough of being only spectators. We decided to try out this famous pork ribs personally.
Do most of the iphone users become too dependant on iphone's technology? I admit I'm getting a little too dependant on iphone despite being only a few days old user. Directions on how to get to the eating place are literally on my fingertips, if you get what I mean.
Upon having a miniature tour around Commonwealth Crescent's Blk 116 while in desperate search of our destination, we found this old yet lively estate to be filled with many coffee houses selling delicious looking food.
First dish ordered without even making the effort to glance through the menu was, needless to say, BUTTER PORK RIBS! (the main reason why we went there)
Redbull's 2 standard-must-have orders when he's having zi char are Hotplate Beancurd & Fu Rong Omelette! A worthy hotplate beancurd will have this delicious thick sauce that goes perfectly well with merely bowls of plain white rice.
The night's main lead! Their butter pork ribs really live it up to its standard. Many a time, when an eating place or simply just a specific dish itself is so popluar that you can easily find fantastic reviews on the web, it tends to end up being overrated when you head down with high expectations & try it out yourself. But no, this butter pork ribs is an exception.
Succulent meat topped with a mixture of my favorite CHEESE & butter & possibly many other unknown ingredients my taste bud failed to identify.
Walking alongside the dull looking and quiet road, we were engaged in our own conversation when I witnessed the sudden change of Redbull's facial expression.
A few seconds after this, I knew the reason attributing to this change. An old lady, around her 60s was merely wearing a casual black leggings and bra on, walked past us. First time I held my mouth open for so long, inhaling even more oxygen surrounding me.
Many thoughts flashed through my mind within that short span of time. What happened to her? Did she just encounter some physical mishap? Where did that patch of hair at the back of her head go? Is she mentally stable?
When I regained my composure, I calmed my thoughts down and thought to myself "Logically speaking, she looks too calm and composed to have met with a physical mishap. I conclude that she should be mentally unstable."
All of us will meet different people from all walks of our lifes. Every one is fighting their own battle, so lets pray for one another.
