Wine Bos

I've never been a fan of drinking, especially beer, the smell of it alone is more than sufficient to irk me. Another reason being wastage of 2 precious factors in life; money & time.
The last time I drank was (minus those times when I stole sips of wine from my dad and enjoying baileys, both at the comfort of my own crib) when I was in secondary 4, which led us back to 4 years ago. But Sunday's meetup with Mary & Vicky made me realised I do love sipping alcohol, doing nothing except for indulging in the ambience with my favorite company.
Vicky & I were having a tough battle with my iphone's map that night. Supposedly, there were 2 bars called Wine Bos, and we ended up heading to the one near Clarke Quay, instead of meeting Mary @ the one near Haji Lane! In-the-pathetic-end, we hailed a cab.
Being a Sunday, this place was, to my delight, extremely quiet. No shouting over the live band and rowdy crowd across the table to each other. Phew~
Vicky & I ordered 3 finger food with a guilty look hanging across our faces because we both decided that we're too famished to wait for Ms. Late - Mary. This dutch meatballs was one of the finger food. Our favorite was the spicy cheese mussels! OHMYGOD, I'd totally head back there purely for the mussels.
With a bottle of red wine (& the baileys I sneaked in!), clinging sounds that were made from giving a toast to each other, endless conversations, the night ended.
We were reluctant to bid goodbye, but every goodbye comes with a hello.
