Riders Cafe

Ever since 2-3 weeks ago when Redbull said he wanted to go to Hatched, I started to comb through the internet for nice brunch cafes and that was my first encounter with the Riders Café. For weeks, he has been pestering me persistently, in hope of coercing me into telling him where am I bringing him to which I obviously didn't relent to.
On Sunday, the suspense-mode-bubble which I thought I have surrounded him with burst with emotions when he said he had somehow guessed that I was bringing him to Riders Café. Oh well, he might as well be a detective or PI or CID!
Anyway, though I have made a reservation at 230PM, we reached 15minutes prior to that because I bore a glimpse of hope that maybe our table would be vacant earlier. Of course, given the popularity of the café's brunch, that 'maybe' didn't happen. So we made full use of the 15minutes by

loitering right at the café's doorstep.
Losers.
As per requested, we got our table with the view of the padlock. Riders Café is known for its Egg Benedicts so I ordered Benedicts with Soft Shell Crab. Redbull had The Usuals. Egg Benedict and soft shell crab is the most compatible couple who compliments each other so well! Indeed, this dish lives up to its name.
Brunch dishes never fail to look more appetizing because of the greens, the yellow eggs, the reddish tomatoes.
All their desserts are made in-house so it takes a while for it to be served. Like the chocolate cake, 'Death', that Redbull chose, took around 15minutes to be served. But when we were there, 15minutes seemed to pass by in a whizz because indulgence in the serenity of the cafe's surrounding and looking at the beautiful horses made us forget about the process of waiting for food to be served.
The chocolate cake is very rich which makes it perfect for us, the chocolate lovers. 'Death' is a delight to our taste buds, except it didn't give us any surprise because Redbull once baked a chocolate cake for me which tastes exactly like this (I'm not kidding!). Jokingingly, he said he knows the reason for the name (Death) of this cake; eating this cake causes death because the portion is HUMONGOUS. We couldn't even finish half of it, so you can imagine.
Both of us were so full we could barely walked right after the meal. We sat for a few minutes before our stomachs started to give a little leeway.
Walking up the slope to the stable where 2 horses were kept.
Horses are beautiful and elegant animals to me. As they gait elegantly, the sound of their hooves echo through the air. I think the term catwalk should be interchangeable with horsewalk.
While we were on our way out to the straight route that leads to the main road, we witnessed a horse scratching its butt by moving it left to right, right to left against a railing in a rhythmic manner. HAHAHA! Too bad I wasn't in time to capture this hilarious and rare moment down in a video.
After a filling brunch, we caught Men In Black 3 at Lot 1 before heading back to his crib. I enjoyed MIB, more than Redbull did (he claims it's quite boring), especially the touching scenes.
There's a side of me which I don’t wish for you to deal with, but I can't seem to hide it. I thought 'she' has went away for good , it was only until that night when I noticed that 'she' has never left, she is always lurking within me. How can I chase her away? How can I not let her be a part of me? I've tried, perhaps I'm not trying hard enough. Yes, this must be the reason why.
If I don't wish to be conquered, I must be the conqueror.
