Had a date with my 2 angels on Saturday. 

After accompanying my bro to get his galaxy s3 which he constantly flaunted its good camera, we headed to Salvation Army aka Praisehaven Family Thrift Store. Its concept is similar to that of a flea market that most of us are familiar with, except that all the money goes to charity. There are a few of such charitable thrift stores in Sg, we went to the one located at Upper Bukit Timah. 

3 of us have heard and seen people raving about the cheap thrills they got at Salvation Army for ages and we finally got to experience it first-hand. 

Here we are!

For us, most of our loots were found in the inner section of the thrift store. My bro is a true shopaholic whom my siz and I can never match up to. He bought piece after piece of bottom without any second thought. Once he laid his eyes on one, he would just throw it in the mini trolley. All girls are shopaholics, including myself, but I'm an extremely money conscious person, hence despite how cheap the things are, I think twice, thrice, then I ended up leaving the things back at where they belong. But of course, I got something, since I specially made a trip down there, it would be pretty wasted if I have left empty handed. Got a seventies kind of high waist acid wash jeans, a high waist army green skirt and vintage mouse coin pouch (for Redbull). We shared the cost of a duck soft toy, rabbit+pig soft toy and a white padded top for our Heroine~

3 big bags! I reckon that 2 bags are my bro's loots. 

I'm proud and blessed to say that age gap doesn't exist between my angels and I. Despite our varying interests and passions, all our differences seem to click together so perfectly. Those who knows me well enough will know that I place my family at the top of my relationship pyramid, because I know that without them, I wouldn't be the person I am today. I truly believe that if I don't learn to protect and love the people who are the closest to me in the way that they deserve it, I'm in no position to love myself, to love any other beings. People who taught me about genuine love and concern, thank you. Because of you, (my family and Redbull) my heart is never void of love and this fills my life with happiness.
