I'm cynical of most of the people here. Either they are blinded by politics or they are simply too indulged in being themselves, by which I mean self-centered/obnoxious or perhaps both. I totally can't grasp the fact that why can't everyone working under one roof be like a happy family, instead of getting so actively involved in all these politics. I'm naive enough to think this way. Perhaps stupid is a more suitable word. A working organization seems like a war field, with people planting mines everywhere, to kill their unguarded rivals and enemies. If you happened to be unguarded, the next minute you know, you body is being  mercilessly blasted apart. Hence, maybe some people (like me) whom doesn't wish to be the one getting 'killed', eventually starts to master the art of war, walks on tipped-toes, holds a rifle merely for self-protection, not for attacking or preying on people around us. 

Because of these politically inclined humans, I need to learn to survive knowing when to be myself and when not to be.
