I'm a deep sleeper, from young. I remember when I was just in my kindergarden year, I was able to still be in deep slumber at my grandma's house while the adults were lighting up the super loud red crackers during CNY. Yeah. Like my siz said, if some house burglar was to break into my house & sneak into my room, I'd still be in my dreamland. I wonder if this is good or bad.

Anyway, I didn't have a good sleep these couple of days. Having difficulties falling asleep & staying asleep. Waking up at the weird hours, like 5AM/7AM when it wasn't even because I had to go to the toilet. Guess worrying, thinking & stressing are the culprits.
