I encountered the worst dining experience with Redbull yesterday, at Orange Lobster. For people who follows closely to the deals websites should have came across the buffet at Orange Lobster deal. It's been a while since I bought vouchers from these deal websites and I deeply regret for buying it this time round.
I understand that there will definitely be differences for deals like these in terms of the quality of food/customer service, etc because why else would there be discounts right?
But never have I expected humiliation from a restaurant like this. Aside from the fact that we were ushered to a wooden table (the other customers were sitted around silver cushioned tables), plastic cup was used for the can of coke that Redbull ordered. I closed an eye to all of these varying treatments. Then the worst thing happened. Our foods were served on PAPER PLATES! Forget about the ugly appearance of their food, but PAPER PLATES?! I'm dining in a restaurant, not having a BBQ at some parks! Ultimate embarrassment & humiliation caused my ears to turn hot! Immediately, I told Redbull I wanted to leave instantly and he was so glad I had the exact same sentiment as him.
We went to the cashier hoping to pay for the can of coke and the waiter asked us about our food. When Redbull told him we didn't want to continue our dining anymore, embarrassment flushed across the waiter's face as he apologized and he even wanted to return us the vouchers which were obviously of no use to us anymore. Even the waiter himself is clear of how the restaurant is treating its customers.
Stomach filled with anger & humiliation, we went to Marche to have our favorite food which helped to calm us down for a bit.
Swear to never step in to Orange Lobster for the second time.
