Saturday
A small & bustling city, yeah, that's downright the city I'm living in. Along with the quicken pace of people around me everywhere I go, I find myself trying to catch up with this fast-paced life reluctantly. Guess that in the midst of all these conforming or competing, whatever reason it may be, the hope of being able to eat without worrying about the queue in line, walk without worrying about running late will always surface from beneath the thin lying earth which is dusted with everyone's hurried footsteps and the ever developing multi-storey man-made landscape. A justifiable reason for our wants of a getaway.
Or in my case, a short journey to somewhere where I feel closer to my inner-self, a quieter place with no one's fast moving footsteps to disturb my thoughts.
Horses, my favorite land creature.
Some deep conversation going on here.
A filling breakfast at Riders' Cafe. A letdown for mecas there's some slight changes to the menu from the previous time we came. They no longer have the egg benedict with soft-shell crab, it's just crab meat instead.

I'm going to take on horse-riding classes in the future. Someday I will, even if I'm old, so long as I'm still robust.
We went back to Turf City for early dinner at Pasarbella with my favorite company.
A farmers' market concept, somewhat similar to Marche, except Pasarbella's interior is way more attractive and they have stalls selling furnitures, homemade sauces, etc.
The live seafood section! .
The cheesy room
Pasta with crab meat! Never sick of crabbbbbs!
Roasted chicken which was a total rip-off. One whole chicken for $34? That's the price of a dozen fresh live oysters which we had too! But on the bright side, the tender meat goes well ith the 4 different sauces.
Redbull had Paella and we agreed Marche's paella is better.
Oysters that were still alive when served on plate.
Desserts!!!!
This huge nutella cake which is twice the size of a standard slice only costs $8! Rich yet not too sweet. I swear moving through the desserts stalls was a torture for me as I wanted to lay my mouth on every dessert that I saw.
Good O day spent
