Mummy Exhibition

Came across a blogger's post on her visit to the Mummy Exhibition at MBS and it intrigued me. I mean who wouldn't be intrigued by events that have occurred thousand centuries ago which can be reminisced & displayed right before you now? All the past tenses are the reasons why present tenses exist which will in turn create the future tenses for the next generations.
Strolling through museums around the globe should be made a job, then I'd probably find myself not complaining a bit about stepping into the working society as why whine when I enjoy what I'm doing every second? My top perfect dream job.
Saturday date was of course to the Mummy Exhibition which I've spent the last 5 minutes rambling about. It has been a while since the both of us took public transport which took us more than 30 minutes & I really do miss those golden days back then when Redbull hasn't gotten his driving license. Yes, convenience aside, I can cross my heart & aver that I prefer taking public transport even if it is more time consuming because I'm not in a rush to end our dates so every minute that we spend together counts, right? But, Redbull is just, I'd say plain lazy & too used to the convenience the car is bringing.
I enjoy taking slow walks, or perhaps just have myself lying on a patch of grass. Actually, simply put it as just doing random things together without racing against time. Be it schooling or working, I always have to be a slave of time, hence during my personal free time, I wish for him to compliment with my random suggestions like picnic, cycling, night walking, etc. But well, most of the times, I kept the random suggestions to myself for fear of rejection/any sign of complaint or reluctance during rejection or after acceptance of the suggestions.
Happiness is a state of mind which I'm still living in, just that we all have dreams, wishes & fantasies, haven't we?
That afternoon was rainy but the skies did us a favor by containing the tears by the time we alighted from the bus.

A 15-20 minutes long 3D film which unveils the mysterious Egyptian burial practices and mummification process will be the first stop that welcomes you. I'm not sure if you can give this a miss and proceed straight to view the artifacts and 6 genuine well preserved mummies, but well the film is interesting so since you're already there, why would you wanna miss it right?
Early dinner at

Choco drink which we ordered cause we saw almost all the tables had this and sure it was good.
Price: $8
Truffle fries was a letdown. Maybe because we had nicer truffle fries at Omakase Burger.
Price: ~$15
My main course Ultimate Benedict made up for the disappointing truffle fries.
With 2 fluffy pancakes, steak, 2 benedicts, bacons, tomatoes & lettuces.
Price: ~$20
But as you can see from the picture, you can guess that I gave up trying to maintain the appearance of this dish while savoring it.
Redbull's main which he didn't even finish half of it. He was mad like hell, finding it a total waste of time & money. Well, I find his wasn't that bad but it sure wasn't worth the trip and money.
Price: ~$18
Looking to its dessert section for comfort
but ended up being more disappointed after trying this apple pie that has such a tough crust.
I'd like to have faith in the other delicious looking desserts, so till then for your desserts.
