On every traditional Chinese festival, my Heroine never fails to display her cooking skills so effortlessly. 

Rice dumplings in the making. 

During the week of the Dragon Boat Festival, I took a day off (Thursday) from work to help out in the cooking of rice dumplings. My Heroine has always stressed on the fact that it is the preparation of the ingredients that is tedious and time consuming. 

A great accomplishment on that day was I managed to finish 2 bunches of rice dumplings within 2 hours. To me, it is an accomplishment because it may seem easy to do the wrapping of rice dumplings but trust me, it definitely isn't. The sizes of the leaves, the placement of the leaves, the correct gesture to hold the leaves, the different angles where you have to exert a little more force to prevent the rice & its fillings from sipping out during the cooking, etc. All these requires nothing but skills and experience, so I take my hats off to her. She did the wrapping like a master, making me nervous while I, a beginner was trying to master the perfect tactic.  

I have been eating the rice dumplings for every day since Friday. This is how much I love her rice dumplings! 

Just like what you have said, few years down the road, I will be the one cooking it for you.  And just like what I have replied you, I will.
